We only moved into our new home a few weeks ago - so the photos are still a bit sparse. The property borders the residential area's playground. Since there are not many children in the residential area, it is extremely quiet despite the proximity to the playground. The house has a bright and spacious living and dining area on the ground floor with an adjoining kitchen, the entrance area and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (space for 4 people in total), a bathroom with a bathtub and a covered balcony. In the basement there is the laundry room and a large room that offers additional sleeping accommodation. The large terrace invites you to linger. We enjoy a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The entrance to the underground car park is 30 m from the house. Via traffic -calmed side streets, you go on a 5 -minute walk across the Spiez Castle to a wonderful bathing area by the lake and on the other hand to the bay, where there is an outdoor pool, a mini golf course, a really great playground with pump track as well as various restaurants and bars. You can reach the sunny Spiezberg and the forest in a few minutes from where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the lake, vineyard, the mountains and Spiez. The Spiez train station is 7 foot minutes away, a bus stop is reached in only 2 minutes by foot.
