Die Wohnung liegt extrem leise und dennoch gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ca. 15 min zur Innenstadt (U4 oder S45) und 10 min zu Fuß in den Schönbrunner Park in Wien Penzing (14. Bezirk).
Es gibt eine hübsche Küche mit Essplatz, Bad mit Wanne und Duschmöglichkeit, getrenntes WC, ein Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett und Hängematte, ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schwedenofen, Klavier, großem Esstisch, Schaukelstuhl und gemütlichem Sofa und einem hübsch bepflanzten Balkon mit Hängematte und Tisch und Bank.
The apartment is extremely quiet and near good public transport: about 15 minutes to the city center (U4 or S45) and 10 minutes walk to the Schönbrunner Park in Vienna Penzing (14th district).
There is a nice kitchen with dining area, bath with tub and shower facilities, separate WC, a children's room with loft bed and hammock, a bedroom with large double bed, a living room with Scandinavian wood stove, piano, large dining table, rocking chair and comfortable sofa and a pretty flowered balcony with Hammock and table with bench.
