Bright and quiet flat in PARIS, France
We are in a very quiet part of Paris, 400m from Place de la Nation near the Bois de Vincennes and also the Père Lachaise. It is an attractive area of East Paris with lots of shopping, eating and entertainment choices. We are very well provided for transport links (5 Metro lines). We have a choice of three metro stations within a short walk (Buzenval : 50 m from the house ; Avron : 100 m ; Nation : 400 m). Paris is a big city and we can go everywhere with the metro from here.
We live in a bright and quiet one bedroom apartment (54 m2) one the first floor. We have a large terrace (43 m2) very quiet, full of plants, directly on the living room, that’s very rare in intra-muros Paris. We have been living here now for seven years and love it very much. We hope you too.
Note the apartment is suitable for a couple not a family or larger group and we have a cat. To take care of her is not compulsory only if it doesn't bother you.
During Summer, it would be nice if you water the plants on the terrace.

Our home is 400m from La Place de la Nation (picture1 and 2). It is also nice to know that, Le bois de Vincennes, a huge expanse of idyllic wood is only at thifteen minutes by tramway from here.

Het appartement met tuin/plaats was op zich heel mooi. Probleem: - de voordeur sloot zeer moeilijk en was van buitenaf zeer moeilijk te openen - er was geen contactpersoon voor hulp. - summiere instructies - er was een sterk verharende poes maar geen stofzuiger - er waren strenge regels ivm binnenlaten/buiten blijven van de poes wat onze vrijheid wat beperkte
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Leiden chez Willem et Loeny. Leur maison est très agréable et typiquement hollandaise. Leiden est une très belle petite ville avec beaucoup de choses à voir et de belles promenades à vélo à faire;
Notre échange s'est très bien passé. Nous avons rencontré avec plaisir Fifine et Hans et leur appartement est très agréable et bien placé. Nous avions échangé nos chats également qui ont très bien vécu l'expérience. Encore de belles vacances grâce à Intervac !
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Mariette. Celui ci est très bien situé, très bien équipé, parfait pour notre séjour de 6 jours. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer Mariette mais la remise des clefs s'est très bien passée, tout avait été prévu !
