We have greeted Anne, Ron, Soo and Hazel just before we left and it was very pleasant to see them again ! Anne et Ron were very welcoming guests. The presentation of their house was accurate. They really took great care of our house. It was the third time we swapped with them : an extremely long and beautiful story !
Wir haben den Tausch sehr genossen. Wunderschönes grosses Haus in einer tollen Gegend. Konnten zu Fuss in die City spazieren. Mit der Gastfamilie einige unvergessliche Stunden verbracht.

Anne and Ron, both in their 80's, are retired from the education service. We would consider an exchange at any time of the year. However the actual dates may have to adjust to grandparent duties, if required, during the half-term and summer school holidays. Springtime and autumn are both very beautiful seasons in this part of the country. We both enjoy walking, cycling, local history and exploring new areas. We have two children now making their own way in the world. Hazel, who works in IT has her own house in Taunton. Peter is a GP and he and his wife Fiona and children Holly and Joe live and work in Manchester.
It is likely that other members of our family may wish to join us for our exchange. This would need to be clarified and agreed by our hosts during initial discussions.
We would entertain exchanges for 7-10 days in the UK and slightly longer for exchanges in other countries.
