Cosy, renovated apartment in a qiuet neighborhood in the heart of Reykjavík

Our home is located at central Reykjavik and easy few minutes walk to the main shopping street and the center of the city. All the same the street is quiet and nice. Definately a great area of Reykjavík.

In walking distance we have all sorts of museums, art galleries, cafés, bars and restaurants – and of course the famous night life and music of Reykjavik. Some 200 meters away is a new convenient store, open all days.

Easy daytrips by car or bus to some of Iceland's most famous places as the Blue Lagoon, Thingvellir National Park, Gullfoss waterfall and on and on.

The apartment is in a four flat, two-floor house, built in 1948. Our home is 60 square meters with a bedroom, bathroom and an open space including kitchen, living room and dining room. Its bright and sunny – at the first floor. Washing machine is in the laundry room in the basement.

It's quite OK to sleep on the couch in the living room and space for a portable bed if neccercary.

The apartment has been fully renovated very recently and everything is pretty new. Filled with art and equipped with everything one needs. Free internet and TV.

The entrance is shared with the neighbours on the upper floor, a quiet and very nice young couple.

The garden is spacious and sunny, both in front and in back of the house.

Free parking right in front of our door.
