We are looking for a non simultaneous Exchange in Europe or UK December 2024. Our home would be open to you to come in 2025 for dates of your choice. We especially like places with easy access to walking and hiking trails. We are flexible as to length of stay. We are experienced exchangers including 11 non simultaneous exchanges.

Sitka is an ideal place from which to explore true wilderness and nattural beauty of Alaska. Sitka has many hiking trails and opportunities for boating and kayaking. it is a great destination for adults and  families alike. Sitka also has excellent museums and a variety of cultural activities celebrating Native Alaskan heritage and Russian American history.

Our home is a comfortable four bedroom two bathroom house approximately 1 mi from the downtown area and within 200 m of the cross trail which connects several of excellent hikes. The house has all standard amenities as well as a back deck with a barbecue and a sauna in the yard.

We offer exchange of our car, use of camping equipment and bikes for you to use.
From Sitka it is easy to explore other places in Southeast Alaska by ferry or , if you prefer, venture out to wilderness areas just a short distance from Sitka.
In the summer time there is frequent ferry service from Sitka to Juneau our capital city and regular service to Glacier Bay National Park in Gustavus.  
You can travel to Sitka on Alaska Airlines with flights from Seattle or Anchorage or take the ferry from Washington to Sitka via the inside passage of Alaska.
