Newly renovated condo with view of the Alps and Lake Thun (2023 fully booked)
After many years in Burgdorf and many successful house swaps, we moved to Thun into a beautiful, newly renovated condominium.
There are 5 condos in the house, our flat is on the top floor. Our balcony offers a marvellous view of the city of Thun, the lake and the Alps.
Upon entering, the corridor opens into an open, spacious living and dining room, an open plan kitchen, a reading corner with library and a Swedish stove. The new and modern gourmet kitchen offers all the amenities of 2 ovens, (combined oven/micro oven and oven/steamer), fridge, wine fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, modern exhaust hood. We have real oak floorboards throughout the flat.
The condo has one bedroom with a kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom with Italian shower, one bedroom with a kingsize boxspring bed with electronic height adjustment, a small bathroom with toilet/shower and an office. In the basement there is a room with fitness equipment and TV. Washing machine and dryer are located on the ground floor. A garage is also available. The balcony invites you for a morning coffee or an aperitif with a magnificent view of the mountains
