Cuzco area means residential and enterprises buildings, with metro, buses and Chamartin railway station around, and lots of markets (fresh food) and supermarkets less than 5 min. walking (including one 24h/7d, open supermarket). "Dehesa de la Villa" public park within walking distance.
Zona bien dotada de mercados y supermercados (alguno abierto 24h/7d) y buena red de transporte público (metro, autobuses, cercanías renfe y estación de ferrocarril cercana). Parque "Dehesa de la Villa" a pocos minutos a pie.

The fact that neighbours upstairs started bathroom renovations on day one, making it impossible to stay in the appartment. We had to improvise our stay. Being the congierge of the appartment block our exchange partner must have known about the renovation plans. We didn't receive any understanding or excuse from Mw Herrero. Also the reception on our arrival in Madrid was poor. Ms Hererro was not prepared at all. Still had to pack her own suitcase and hanging the curtains, etc. We experienced lack of interest and communication skills from her part. The appartment was clean and the neighbourhood was nice.
Wunderhübsche sehr gemütliche und gepflegte Wohnung. Luz war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und willkommen gefühlt . Die Wohnung war treffend beschrieben , aber in Wirklichkeit noch viel netter und schöner !
The flat was nice but smaller than we thought.
It was nice to spend a week in Luz's home. Just a little thing : maybe she could explain her bed is only a 120 cm because we are not very big but a large and tall couple could have difficulties to sleep good ! We met Luz in Marseille and we loved it.
