An easy drive to Banff National Park and the Rocky Mountains, our comfortable 3 bedroom home is centrally located in Calgary and close to transit.
Comfortable family home located on a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to the lovely Confederation Park with walking paths, creek & a pond. Principal rooms of the house are on the main level (living room, dining room, full kitchen) as well as a "half bath." All three bedrooms and two full baths are on the upper level. The lower level is mostly unfinished and also includes a small home "CrossFit" gym. It is lovely to sit and relax or barbeque in the back yard on the deck. We are one block from the bus stop and a 1.3 km walk to the light rail transit stop. We are very close to downtown Calgary, the trendy Kensington neighbourhood and the Bow River and pathway system. Amazing access to nature is near with the beautiful Rocky Mountains including Banff National Park (90 minute drive) and Kananaskis country providing opportunity for hiking and camping.

About Our Family
Together we parent three teenagers and one young adult who lives at home while attending my post-secondary school. We enjoy travelling and outdoor adventures such as hiking, mountain biking and skiing. We also have a dog in this house.
