A semi-detached house on a quiet cul-de-sac in one of the nicest urban villages in Dublin, beside the sea.

We live in a quiet, pretty, very residential village just 3 km from the centre of Dublin city and 1km from walks along Sandymount Strand. There are restaurants, two pharmacies, bookshop, gift shop, small supermarket clustered around the pretty Sandymount Green in our village where families play and have picnics. We are an 8 minute walk from the local electric train service to town and all along the picturesque coast of Dublin city, and a few minutes from the RDS and Aviva Stadium. We are within an easy distance to Trinity College, museums and other attractions. Whikle our house is an ordinary family home, our neighbourhood is exceptional, where James Joyce, William Butler Yeats and Seamus Heaney all lived at some time in their lives.
