A wonderful view on Marseille Old Harbour

We have this nice appartment (70 m2) in the historic center of Marseille, in Provence, with a wonderful view on the old harbour, "le Vieux Port". There are two balconies, one with the harbour view and a table for two to eat outside, the other one with the view on the main church of Marseille, « Notre dame de la Garde ». Everything around, shops and a lot of good restaurants, is within a walking distance.

Two bedrooms, one bathroom (with a big shower), kitchen fully equipped. High-speed Internet, free wi-fi for your own devices, cable TV (CNN, NBC, BBC, MTV, TVE, Rai...), and if you read french, a lot of books -French littérature and cooking books- . Air cond in every room.

If you want to visit Provence and have a car to exchange, we also can exchange our automatic convertible car, Peugeot 207 and we have a parking lot, so no problem to park.

The nearest beach is 15 minutes walking : la plage des Catalans.

We also have our appartment in Paris (INTERVAC NUMBER FR010676) (100 m2) and we can exchange (just one or) both of our appartments in a double home exchange with you (for instance city/beach or city/countryside).
Non simultaneous exchanges work well for us. We are open to offers !
We are extremely caring people who will surely respect and take care of any property as if it was ours.
