Our spacious family home is located on a 3-acre woodland site. This single story, modern bungalow comes with 3 double bedrooms (one ensuite) as well as an office-space with a double sofa bed. Our large, open-plan kitchen/living space has two sliding double doors which lead directly onto a patio and garden. This offers the perfect place families to spend time dining, relaxing or exploring the surrounding woodland paths. There is also a separate sitting room with large couch and TV as well as a fully equipped utility room and main bathroom. Additionally we have a baby/toddler cot-bed and a smaller newborn bedside/cosleeping cot available for families with young children.

We are located within close proximity to the Wild Atlanic Way costal route as well as many local beaches which can be accessed by car. 'Castletaylor Wood' is located within walking distance of the house. We are conveniently located within a 10-15 minute drive of local supermarkets, petrol stations, bars, restuarants and farmers markets. Galway city is approximately 30KM away which is a perfect day trip location.

There are two airports in the West of Ireland, Shannon Airport takes approximately 45 minutes and Knock Airport takes approximately 1hr 10 minutes to reach by car.
