A lovely flat by the water in the south center of Stockholm OR a bigger one in a nearby surburb

This is a bright and newly renovated two room flat on the fourth floor with a charming view over the water. The house was built 1920 and totaly renovated 2021. Communications are excellent - underground, busses and trams - and you reach most parts of Stockholm within ten minutes.
If you want to take a morning bath you can reach a sandy beach in three minutes. Along the bordwalk there are lots of restaurants, small cafes and bars. You can walk along the water for hours. It´s not without cause Stockholm is called The Venice of the North.

I also have a cottagehouse in the South East of Sweden in an area called Österlen with an everlasting beach in the most
beautiful and varied enviroment. The house has 4 bedrooms, a newly renovated kitchen and big livingroom (a former stable).
Bathroom, washingmachie and dishwasher. Walking distance to nearest grocery store and bakery. We have a playground with swings and a trampoline.

If you are in need of a bigger apartment than the above in Stockholm we can offer an alternative:

This is a charming duplex apartment on the top floor, in an apartment house built 1952. It has most of its fifties aura left, including a built-in bathtub, light buttons like blackberries and a beautiful creaking staircase made of oak. The 93 sq m apartment has got three rooms and a kitchen. It is very bright with a sunny balcony made for lazy breakfasts.

The house is situated in Västertorp, a small suburb from the fifties and you reach the town center within ten to fifteen minutes with the tube. Västertorp is a charming little place with cafes, restaurants, vintage shops and two grocery stores.
If you don’t want to go to the city every day you can just leave the house and the immediate surroundings will offer you wonderful walks through old residential areas with blooming gardens. After around fifteen minutes, walking east, you will reach the big lake Mälaren and can look forward to a long walk along the water, finally ending up in a cosy café called The Winter Cove (Vinterviken). If you take the opposite direction you’ll find another café, Lyran, a big yellow villa from 1876, once upon a time used as a summer residence.
