La Casa Santurario (Sanctuary House) is a beautiful villa in Costa Rica with View of the Pacific Ocean
Our home is located in a gated community, in the mountains above the Ostional Refuge. This area is home to Olive Ridley turtles and a protected beach. Our home was built in 2022, it is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with oversized lap pool and plentiful outdoor living space. It has a view of the Pacific ocean, Mountain views, jungle and inviting landscaping. Abundant wildlife frequents our area including Howler monkeys, Parrots, Hawks, Parakeets, and beautiful hummingbirds.
