Nuestra casa es una casa individual, con jardín; en una una urbanización con Piscina privada, pistas de tenis y zona recreativa. A 200 metros del mar.
Se trata de un chalet de construcción típica mediterránea, de una planta con 4 habitaciones (3 dormitorios y un estudio), salón, cocina-comedor y dos baños. Todas las estancias son exteriores, con grandes ventanales que aportan luz y claridad; y están dotadas de Aire acondicionado y calefacción para hacer la vida agradable tanto en los meses de invierno, como en verano. Cuenta, además, con red Wifi.
Se encuentra en una urbanización (Urbanización Villa-Sol) que se encuentra a 4 Km de la ciudad de Torrevieja. Existe transporte público (servicio de autobús continuo) aunque se puede ir caminando, dando un grato paseo por zonas de playa, animadas, con bares y restaurantes.
Torrevieja es una ciudad turística, bien comunicada con otras capitales de mayor importancia como Alicante, Murcia, Elche o Cartagena, entre otras.
El clima es muy cálido y soleado durante el invierno y caluroso en el verano. Eso permite, por ejemplo, almorzar al aire libre, en el jardín, prácticamente todos los días del año, dar largos paseos por la playa tanto en verano como en invierno e incluso, los más valientes, disfrutan de los baños en la playa todos los días del año (¡incluido en invierno!)
La casa, por su ubicación cerca del mar, es ideal para el verano donde se puede disfrutar de todo tipo de actividades náuticas y de playa; pero también para el invierno: se puede disfrutar de la tranquilidad del mar en épocas menos turísticas, visitar el Parque Natural de las Lagunas de la Mata y Torrevieja, o visitar interesantes ciudades cercanas (Alicante, Murcia, Elche, Orihuela, Cartagena...) y descansar en entornos relajados pero con la vida cercana de bares, restaurantes y todo tipo de comercios.
Interior de la casa: Cuenta con un salón con chimenea en el que hay un mueble de TV, un sofá de tres plazas y dos sillones relax (reclinables). Tres dormitorios: dos con cama de matrimonio y uno con dos camas (cama nido); Un estudio con una amplia librería y una mesa con dos puestos de lectura, perfectamente equipada para trabajar, leer o hacer trabajos manuales o juegos de mesa si viaja con niños; dos baños completos (con plato de ducha y mampara); cocina totalmente equipada (vitrocerámica, horno, lavaplatos, nevera...) comunicada con el comedor con mesa para 6 personas, extensible a 8 personas). La lavadora se encuentra en un cuarto a parte, junto a la cocina.
Todas las estancias (excepto el estudio, que cuenta con un ventilador) cuentan con aire acondicionado/calefacción.
Exterior de la casa:
la casa está rodeada por un jardín en el que, dado el buen tiempo de la zona es posible comer y tomar el sol tanto en invierno con en verano (está provisto de toldos para el verano). El Jardín tiene una barbacoa que puede utilizarse con leña o carbón para preparar comidas o cenas al aire libre. En el Jardín hay también un columpio para niños y una ducha de verano. La piscina y el recinto recreativo están justo enfrente (entre la puerta de entrada de la casa y la entrada al recinto deportivo hay a penas 10 metros).
En el centro recreativo/recinto deportivo hay un restaurante/cafetería abierto durante los meses de verano.
El centro recreativo cuenta con dos grandes piscinas: una para mayores y otra para niños, solarium, dos pistas de tenis, pista de futbito, de baloncesto y parque infantil.
En los meses de verano, la piscina cuenta con socorrista.

Our house is a detached house with a garden, located in a residential area with a private swimming pool, tennis courts, and a recreation area. It is 200 meters from the sea.
It is a typical Mediterranean-style villa, with one floor, four rooms (three bedrooms and a study), a living room, a kitchen-dining room, and two bathrooms. All rooms are exterior, with large windows that provide light and brightness, and are equipped with air conditioning and heating to make life pleasant in both winter and summer. It also has Wi-Fi.
It is located in a residential area (Urbanización Villa-Sol) 4 km from the city of Torrevieja. There is public transport (continuous bus service), although you can walk there, enjoying a pleasant stroll through lively beach areas with bars and restaurants.
Torrevieja is a tourist town, well connected to other major cities such as Alicante, Murcia, Elche, and Cartagena, among others.
The climate is very warm and sunny during the winter and hot in the summer. This allows you to have lunch outdoors in the garden practically every day of the year, take long walks on the beach in both summer and winter, and even, for the more courageous, enjoy swimming at the beach every day of the year (including in winter!).
The house, due to its location near the sea, is ideal for summer, where you can enjoy all kinds of water and beach activities, but also for winter: you can enjoy the tranquility of the sea during less touristy seasons, visit the Lagunas de la Mata y Torrevieja Natural Park, or visit interesting nearby cities (Alicante, Murcia, Elche, Orihuela, Cartagena...) and relax in peaceful surroundings with bars, restaurants, and all kinds of shops nearby.
Inside the house: It has a living room with a fireplace, a TV stand, a three-seater sofa, and two reclining armchairs. Three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two beds (trundle bed). A study with a large bookcase and a table with two reading stations, perfectly equipped for working, reading, or doing crafts or board games if you are traveling with children; two full bathrooms (with shower and screen); fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator...) connected to the dining room with a table for 6 people, extendable to 8 people). The washing machine is located in a separate room next to the kitchen.
All rooms (except the study, which has a fan) have air conditioning/heating.
Outside the house:
the house is surrounded by a garden where, given the good weather in the area, it is possible to eat and sunbathe in both winter and summer (there are awnings for the summer). The garden also has a swing for children and a summer shower. The pool and recreation area are right in front (there are barely 10 meters between the front door of the house and the entrance to the sports complex).
The recreation center/sports complex has a restaurant/cafeteria that is open during the summer months.
The recreation center has two large swimming pools: one for adults and one for children, a solarium, two tennis courts, a soccer field, a basketball court, and a playground.
During the summer months, the pool has a lifeguard on duty.
