My husband & I are curious retired professionals who love travel, hiking, culture, architect & art.

Steve is a retired architect and I am a retired occupational therapist/mental health consultant. We live in the Beaches in Toronto a quiet friendly neighbourhood in a safe dynamic city on Lake Ontario. We love live music, art, architecture, reading, fishing, opera, the cultural diversity of our city, and the amazing cuisine reflected in this diversity. Over 157 languages are spoke here!

We divide our time visiting our adult children and three grandchildren now living in Kingston ON, going to our riverside cottage in Haliburton ON and traveling the world. We hope to occasionally travel with our adult children and their families. Brendan 34(landscape architect) Lisa 36 his wife (French emersion teacher) Lilla (4 years) and Magnus (8 months). Our daughter Nuala 32 is a health policy analyst, her partner Darren is a civil engineer and Nolan is 10 months.

We are open to including our cottage in Haliburton as part of an exchange offering a city and country experience.

Most likely it will be just Steve and I traveling alone. We are physically active and enjoy hiking, cross country skiing, nature and biking in the hopes of staying fit! We are open, friendly people who are very respectful guests treating others homes as if they are our own!

We are engaged and curious about the world and meeting new people.
