family wanted for a summer stay in Cyprus near the sea, in exchange for a winter near the slopes
we offer our spacious family home in Protaras, Cyprus, for 2 to 3 weeks either between 5 and 25 of July or 25 August and 13 September 2026.
Our ideal exchange would be for next winter season in France, Italy or Austria, in a property suitable for 6 to 8 people, as we would be travelling with our children.
Our house is in a quiet residential area right in the heart of Protaras, just 8 minutes’ walk from Fig Tree Bay, and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and the lively seaside centre. It offers the best of both worlds: close to everything, yet peaceful and private.
The house is large, comfortable and very well suited to a family stay. It includes a master suite, two double guest bedrooms, several bathrooms, a spacious lounge and dining room, a large kitchen, office, gym/library, home cinema with extra bed and shower, a covered double patio, BBQ area, and a very large garden. It comfortably accommodates 6 to 7 people.
We would also leave a car for your use during your stay.
The only real condition is that we have two female dogs — an American Foxhound and a larger Malinois — so this exchange would suit people who are at ease with dogs and happy to care for them during their stay. Their needs are simple: feeding, medication twice a day, and one daily walk. They are affectionate, used to people being around, and can usually stay alone for several hours.

About the neighborhood
Very nice, very fun in the summer with loads of restaurants, bars, beach bars, water activities, great hotel pools, nice walks and everything within walking distance whilst the house is almost totally removed from the noise of the town nightlife as it is away from the main center, tucked away in its large garden / field with no neighbors !

Warm, well-travelled family life between Cyprus, the sea and the mountains
We are a warm, easy-going family with grown-up children, and our life is centred around home, work, travel and time well spent together. Gael runs a digital marketing business and Angelica works in PR, so communication, organisation and attention to detail are very much part of our everyday life.
At home, we enjoy a balanced lifestyle: good food, dinners with friends, films, books, the sea, sailing, skiing, and being outdoors. Sailing is one of our great pleasures, and in winter we naturally gravitate towards the mountains and the atmosphere of ski resorts. We love places with character, comfort and a real sense of setting, whether by the water or near the slopes.
We are house-proud and take real pleasure in living in a home that is welcoming, comfortable and well cared for. We appreciate calm, beauty and authenticity far more than noise or excess, and we tend to choose destinations that offer both charm and quality of life.
Because we have dogs ourselves, we are also very used to the rhythm and responsibilities that come with caring properly for animals and a home. We are clean, reliable and considerate people, and we value exchanges with others who share a similar outlook and way of living.
