On the groundfloor, we have a large living room with TV and satellite and a full equiped kitchen, both open on a large airconditioned veranda. There are also a shower, toilets and a linen room with a washing machine. A garage for the car but you can also park on the tarmac in front of the house.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and another room used as an office, a bathroom and other toilets. Outside a large lawn and a small vegetable garden.

Our neighbourhood is quiet, there are many fields and vineyards in the country. The veranda is open on a lawn and an open landscape.
At about 1,5 kms from our house you can visit an important zoo. It is very interesting and shady in summer. You can see it on internet: www.zoo-boissiere.com/
There is a single trade both bakery and grocery near our house and the largest supermarket located in Vallet 9 kilometers .
30 kms to spend time and visit Nantes ..an interesting town.
20 kms...you visit Clisson a city with an italian architecture ..you walk on paths along the river.
,Loire' Castels are not so far and really fantastic..

We are now retired. We had been teaching in primary school for many years.We exchanged our house7 times before now and usually prefer to exchange our car too so we can travel by plane.We have a daughter (Frédérique) who is 45 Our son (Vincent) is 44 and we have 3 grandchildren.
