Nice apartment in Cambrils by the Mediterranean sea with swimming-pool. We have an exchange agreed for 2025, we could agree for 2026.

Apartment 200 meters from the beach and the close to a typical Mediterranean port. We have a 15 2m terrace, with nice views to a great swimming pool, share with our neighbors.
We have three bed-rooms, one with bath-room and dressing room. There is one of the bed rooms with 2 beds in one of the rooms. Bith kid's room are together, so you can make one room for the kids, opening a large door. The dinning & living room is a piece of 35 2 m close to the kitchen.
We have 2 parking places and cars if necessary.

About the neighborhood

La llosa, is a very nice neighbours, with Mediterranean atmosphere, close to our flat there is a Roman Villa, that can be visited, It is lookiing to the Beach.
Romans used to live here, close to Tarraco, once capital of a Roman Region, and during some years capital of the whole empire, when Rome, the capital was in danger.
