Schimatari, Griekenland

Hello intervac friends!
We have 3 houses to exchange! 1. Our main 2 stories house in Schimatari (62 km from Athens) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms .
2.Island of Crete in Ag. Nikolaos (150m to the sea ) with 2 bedrooms .
3. Island of Crete 15 km from Ag. Nikolaos ,in a traditional village ,(Fourni )10 km to the nice beach , with 2 bedrooms
We are a lovely family with two sons, 36*and 38years old , they live on their own .Normally we travel two couples, 4 persons.
Our town is located in the area of the ancient city of Tanagra, only 7 km away from a beautiful beach (Dilesi), www.schimatari.gr ,with pine forest  and  with  a 10 min drive you can visit one of the most beautiful coastal cities of Central Greece, called Chalkida (http://www.dimos-xalkideon.gr/fotoAlbum.asp?pageID=392 in greek), in Evia Island .
Very easily you can visit many interesting places within 1-2 hours drive from Schimatari: The archaeological site of Delphi with the villages of the Parnassos Mountain, the town of Marathon with the fantastic sandy beach of Schinias Natural Park, the ancient theatre of Epidavrus, the cities of Livadia, Corinth, Loutraki and Nauplio (www.nafplio.gr).
Many beautiful islands can be visited within 2-3 hours from Schimatari such as Kea (www.kea.gr) and Kythnos (www.kythnos.gr) from the port of Lavrio, Andros (www.andros.gr) and Tinos (www.tinos.gr) from the port of Rafina and Aegina, Poros, Hydra and Spetses from the port of Pireas.
In the town of Schimatari within a 5-10 min walk there are banks, supermarkets, small taverns, bars and cafes and health center. The interesting spots in the town are the archaeological museum with exhibitions of ancient Tanagra, 2 byzantine churches, the town square with the cathedral, and the town market
Also available is another small but nice two stores with terrace, traditional cretan house in a traditional village (Fourni),10 kms from excellent beaches near to Elounda and Agios Nikolaos on the island of CRETE (http://www.agiosnikolaos.gr/).Our home is an excellent base for visiting a wide range of interesting places such as beaches,historical places,picturesque villages,walking paths and small taverns with great food.This two stories house is available for longer term rent.Also in AG.NIKOLAOS (CRETE) there is a convenient  appartment,150m from the sea , it's 80 sq. m with small patio.With these two houses we can arrange non simultaneous swaps!
* In our homes you taste our virgin olive oil and some times good wine!
We have many nice experiences with exchanges of hospitalities through twinning ,with Italy ,Ireland and with other friends from Germany, Chech republic , Belgium.With intervac we have already 6 excellent exchanges to Finland,Norway, Sweden ,Spain (Andalucia),France (Paris and Tours)and Portugal . Always we do our best to make our hosts feel familiar and happy.Now we love the spirit of INTERVAC ,we can enjoy the real local life ,we are very pleased to welcome new friends to our homes ,especially with some days non simultaneuous exchange .
Always we like to transfer you to and from the airport of Athens (80 km) and we appreciate very much if you do the same.If we are here we can show you, at least,Athens by night!
