Our flat is in the hearth of Florence, 10 min walking to the Duomo and 7 min to the main railway station. Top floor (lift only till the floor below) and large terrace with barbecue. An other smaller terrace in front of our bed room. Facilities: Digital TV, DVD, PC + Internet, dishwasher, washing machine, drying room in the penthouse.We have divided our flat and we rent a part of it completely indipendent. You have in common with this studio only the main round entrance.

About Our Family
We are a couple, my husband Gabriele is an architect, I am a teacher in the secondary school. I am 61 years old and he is 63. We like to exchange home because we can discover a place in a very authentic way: we are not tourists, but we are inhabitants.
We are keen on art and classical music both.
