Julie and Fabian were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a video call with them in advance of agreeing the exchange and numerous text messages. We met with Fabian ahead of the exchange to be shown around the house and neighbourhood and to exchange keys. They stayed in touch with us during the exchange. They left our home in perfect condition l
