Our house is in a quiet area of Funchal, the island's main city, with a bit over 130 000 inhabitants.
Our apartment has:

One bedroom with 2 single beds.
Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bathtub

Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, etc).

Nice people, very spontaneous and practical. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and there is a lovely roof terrace. The apartment is very centrally located in Funchal, which also means you should not try to get there in a SUV, because streets are very narrow. (We got there in a rented Megane Scenic).
