Our family house is a 18th century cottage of 200m² with a 2000m² garden. It is situated in a protected area ("parc regional des boucles de la seine") in an all cottage village.

Our house can welcome up to 9 persons. It has 3 rooms with double beds and the 4th room has a simple and a double bed.
There are two living rooms, one with a huge fireplace where you can enjoy the warmth of the fire at winter time, and the following one with a TV, a Bluray dvd player with a home cinema sound.
The kitchen is all working with gaz, stoves and oven. It has a microwave, a dishwasher, coffee machine and boiling machine. The huge table in the kitchen is where you can enjoy your meals.
The bathroom has a shower and 2 sinks. There is only one toilet and it is separated from the bathroom.

In the garden, kids can enjoy our swing, but it is a little old, my 20y old daughter used to use it too.
There's a table for 6 in front of the house to enjoy some outdoor meals.

There is a washing machine and a tumble-dryer in the outbuilding in the garden, you can also find deckchairs for the summer.

The house is 45 minutes by car from Deauville/ Trouville/ Honfleur, 1h45 from Paris, 1 hour from Caen, 30 minutes from Rouen and Le Havre
You'll also enjoy walking and shopping in Pont Audemer, the little Venice of Normandy.

We also have a house near Paris (3kms from the center), we can make a combine exchange with it ( FR100926 https://fr.intervac-homeexchange.com/listings/20007 )

The house isn't available during summer, my mom lives there during this time.

Notre maison de famille est une chaumière du 18e siècle de 200 m² sur un jardin de 2000 m² dans un village classé où toutes les maisons sont des chaumières.
La maison peut accueillir 9 personnes, 3 chambres ont un lit double et la quatrième chambre un lit double et un lit simple. Nous sommes à 45 minutes de Dauvilles - Trouvilles et Honfleur, - à 1H45 de Paris et de Caen - à 30 minutes de Rouen et du Havre.
Vous pourrez vous promenez et faire vos courses à Pont Audemer, la petite venise Normande (15 minutes). Nous avons également une maison à 3km de Paris, 20 minutes des Champs Elysées en métro, et nous pouvons faire un échange combiné avec les deux maisons, voir FR100925.
