Our house is located to the north of Nice. It's a quiet, friendly neighbourhood. Our house was built in 1924 and is typical of Nice. We have a garden, which is pleasant in summer for lunch or dinner. We are a 2-minutes walk from the "Le Ray" tram stop. "The city centre is 10 minutes away by tram and the beach 15 minutes. Marie-Pierre was a nursery school director, she has just retired, and Régis is a school director.
