HOLIDAY IN SALZBURG
WELCOME TO SALZBURG
It is located in a quiet area near the city of Salzburg (approx. 12 km), 6 km from the town of Hallein, and close to the German border – ideally situated between nature and culture.
The apartment is about 80 m² and located on the second floor of a family house that has been divided into separate living units. It includes two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, a balcony, and access to the shared garden.
For cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts: The area is flat and well-connected with bike paths, including a scenic route along the Salzach River leading directly into Salzburg’s Old Town (about 30 minutes by bike).
The apartment is normally rented to two university students during the year and is available for a home exchange during July and August.
