Family house near Berlin (lake district)
Our home is located in Caputh, a beautiful large village 20 km from Berlin where Albert Einstein used to have his summer residence. We live in a very calm neighborhood which is surrounded by two lakes and forests. It's perfect for all kind of water sports: swimming, canoeing, SUP, sailing, fishing and other sports like biking, walking or running. Caputh is a green, middleclass neighborhood and has all facilities for every day life including a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants, cafes and boat rentals.
The house is a 2-story building with 140 square-meter and 4 bedrooms.The street is a dead end. The garden is green and quiet.
Potsdam with its parks and palaces (Schloss Sanssouci) is close-by and Berlin is only half an hour away.
Public transport is available within a 10-min-walk and the train/bus takes you to Potsdam and Berlin.
