Nice apartment next to Plaza España in Seville
Our home is an apartment close to the center of Seville, a city in Andalusia, in the south of Spain.
The flat is five minutes away from the Plaza de España, with around 150 squared meters, 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with 3 separated beds. There are two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a big balcony with views over a little park.
We're a young couple with two kids (9 and 7), and we enjoyed very much an exchange with Danish and French families. We have a lovely cat at home and we would be happy to swap homes again and discover new people and places.
We can share our 5 to 7-seat car so that you can visit around the region, but also bikes and our subscription cards for the city bicycles to visit Seville. Beaches are an hour away from Seville and Morocco a few hours car+boat distance.

The Parque Maria Luisa is a large green space to the south of the city centre, close to the river, with hundreds of exotic trees lining shady avenues, and historic, fairytale buildings, with exotic touches provided by colourful tiled benches, and Moorish fountains and pools.
The park was the site of the Expo 1929, which had Plaza de España as its centrepiece. Large enough never to feel crowded, the park is a delightful place for a quiet stroll, a kids' runabout, or romantic horse-and-carriage or boat ride. Taking a horse and carriage is a great way to see the shady avenues of the park; a more energetic option is a bike for four with sunshade - the front seats have belts to strap wriggly young children in safely. You can find them in the road opposite Plaza de España.
Today, Maria Luisa Park is a paradisical half-mile of palms and orange trees, elms and Mediterranean pines, covered with flower beds and dotted with hidden bowers, tiled benches, ponds, fountains and pavilions. Now that the trees and shrubs have reached maturity, the genius of its French designer can be appreciated - this is one of the loveliest parks in Europe.
Plaza España
The Plaza España is situated inside Maria Luisa Park, next to Avenida Isabella La Catolica, a pedestriansed avenue with ice-cream sellers and bike rental stands - this is the best way to reach the park, entering near the Teatro Lope de Vega and Fabrica de Tabaco. You also can reach the park from the Prado de San Sebastián (served by metro, bus and tram) on one side, or the river on the other.

Famille très sympathique Tout a été parfait
Famille adorable et chaleureuse avec qui nous avons eu plaisir d'échanger et que nous avons eu l'opportunité de rencontrer. Très bel appartement confortable avec sa terrasse arborée à proximité du parc Maria Luisa et de la place d'Espagne.

We are a young couple, Javier from Cádiz, Isabelle from Belgium, Víctor is 9 years old and Inés 7 years old! And Lilu, a lovely and small cat (It would be ideal that you can take care of her, but she can stay on her own during some days without any problem, and our neighbours can also feed her when you wish to travel around for more days!).
