Pleasant and small terrace house near Zurich

We live in a new building of a housing estate (2015) in a pleasant and small terrace house, with garden.
Our home has four floors. The upper floor features a living area, dining area and a open kitchen. The first floor has two rooms and a bathroom with a toilet and bath. In the first bedroom there is a single bed and a babybed. the second room on this floor is a playroom for our children. On the attic floor is the main bedroom with a king size bed and the other Room ist open. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
In the lower floor there is a hobby room with two stacking beds, these can be divided into the rooms on the upper and attic floor.
Besides there is also a bathroom with toilet and shower, a laundry room, a boiler room, a cellar and the access to the underground car park.

Near the village you are very close to the highway to all diretions and you can reach the mountains in a hour drivetime. In the housing estate are little playgrounds and in the neighbour village you will finde more and bigger playgrounds. All around the village you can biking differents ways and there is an golfpark.
