Altbauwohnung in Berlin Kreuzberg / Flat in Berlin Kreuzberg
We: Swantje (50) and Antje (53) live in a quiet area, near the Landwehr Kanal at the same time surrounded with many nice cafés, restaurants, playing grounds, market, little shops and of course supermarket.
"Reichenberger Kiez" calls the part of Kreuzberg where we live, very open to everyone. You meet international people, families with children, students and old people and a lot of nice dogs:)
By bicycle (we have them here for you), you will reach the typical tourist places like Tempelhofer Feld, Oranienstrasse, Alexanderplatz and some more.
Within some minutes by walk, you reach several the metro bus to reach places wherever you want.
Our Flat is on the second level: very cozy with nice intereur. In the summer you can enjoy the balconie.

Our Neighbourhood
Nearest Airport: Berlin Schönefeld or Berlin Tegel (two Airports) - A taxi ride from both of the airports takes approximately 40 minutes and should not cost more than 40-45 Euros. Public transport is possible. There are different ways to get to our flat. If you need information, let us know.
Few neighbourhoods illustrate Berlin’s transformation with such vividness as Kreuzberg. Once a working class area, the fall of the Wall saw Kreuzberg tranformed into a centre of music, art and colour. It is now regarded as one of the hippest and freshest areas of the city. Located in the heart of Berlin, immediately south of the river Spree, it really is a multicultural neighbourhood, with a fresh surprise waiting around every corner. Climb to the top of the waterfall in Victoria Park and take in the views from the highest natural peak in central Berlin; enjoy a long breakfast at one of the many Turkish restaurants; sample some local specialities at the Markthalle No.9; or amble your way through an open air gallery. Whatever your plans or preferences, let Kreuzberg be your base for an unforgettable Berlin experience.
