Beautifull house close to downtown Montréal
Spacious and cozy home located on Nun's Island (a Montreal residential area), 15 minutes from downtown by car.
The house, spread over 3 floors, is equipped with all modern amenities (wifi, television, appliances, kitchen equipment, etc), and has an intimate and private backyard, with terrace and BBQ.
Nuns' Island is well known to Montrealers for its quality of life, and offers a very pleasant environment on the banks of the St. Lawrence River. Moreover, within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance, there is access to a large number of public services, such as grocery store, bank, medical clinics, dentists, tennis courts, swimming pools, amusement parks. kids, bike rentals, etc ...
A bus service is available (5 minutes walk) to get downtown, or in Old Montreal.
Montreal is a very diverse and colourful city, with cultural and sporting activities of all kinds. Furthermore,
its numerous festivals attract many tourists and Montrealers, making it a must.
