We live in very quiet and spacious neighborhood. Family home with garden and a vegetable patch.
10-minute walk to the center of Montbazon (15 minutes from the fortress) and 2 minutes from the Indre River.
Our garden is almost completely secluded, with beautiful shade provided by a majestic walnut tree.
The small swimming pool is perfect for cooling off young children and playing family games.

The town center of ** Montbazon** is close by and easily accessible by bike. All shops, bakeries and restaurants : restaurant “La Guinguette” isa hit with the kids, with its bouncy castles, right next to a pretty park. The activities at the Montbazon fortress are really fun with children (allow a whole day to really enjoy them!).
