Great lively area, with shops, restaurants, cinemas. Direct to main paris attraction, Eiffel Tower 30 minutes, or museums and theatres (Montparnasse area)
Accomodation ideally 2, possible 4 if 2 children for example want to sleep on sofa bed, although the apartment is relatively small
The appartment has been completely refurbished and redecorated in 2022

About the neighborhood
The apartment in Paris is a few minutes away from the metro station. On the way a lot of nice shops, for food or clothes
From the metro, you are 30 minutes to Champs Elysées or Opéra (one of my favorite building a must see if you visit Paris) direct in the same metro line

Vi har haft en dejlig uge i paris. Denne lejlighed ligger lige i udkanten af Paris i et dejligt område fint m butikker og restauranter en bager lige om hjørnet. 5 min til metro og tog dog stadig i en dejlig stille gade. Vi vil bestem anbefale denne til andre der skal til Paris. udlejer har været god til at kommunikere og vi glæder os til at byde dem velkommen i vores hus.
We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy and welcoming apartment! We also had the opportunity to really visit Paris as the apartment is near the metro station. We loved it!

We are now a family of 4 with 2 daughters
With a family, we know that house exchanges are a good way to enjoy vacation.
My husband is an enginneer, running his own private company and I am a finance director.
My first intervac house exchange was with my parents about 25 years ago ! and I have continued since. When we moved to Lille we had to do some house improvement before doing exchanges again, but now the house has been completely renovated so we feel we are ready again.
Our appartment in Paris is a silent apartment that we do not use very often, but we are happy to exchange
Our oldest daugher is very quiet, she likes to play on her own with some toys, and she likes to talk a lot.
Our second daughter likes to run and dance. She loves music !
We would like to visit Italy, but we are open to any location !
