Country house close to UNESCO World Heritage Region "Wachau"
This country house is built in a simple but typical architectural style of the region. The residential and auxiliary buildings enclose a spacious secluded courtyard with natural pond and a covered seating area.
The building was renovated between 2020 and 2025 and extended by two rooms. In total it includes a living room with kitchen, a bedroom, a children's room, one office and an atelier. The rooms contain one double bed, one children's bed and 3 pull-out sofas (140 x 200cm). Two bathrooms and toilets are available.
Our cat "Ernesto" loves to be fed and petted.

About the neighborhood
The house is located in a small village in the "Kamptal" surrounded by gentle hills and vast vineyards situated in close neighbourhood of the UNESCO world heritage "Wachau". This tradtional cultural landscape may be discovered by walking, hikes or cycling. In the evening traditional wine taverns provide local wine and cold dishes. For cultural interested visitors there are places like castle Gafenegg, Haindorf and Gas am Kamp recommendable.
