New home with pool and Sierra Nevada view Granada
Little Bird is a new home in the quiet residential area of Belicena on the western edge of Granada, Andalucia Spain.15-minute drive from Granada airport and 40-minute from the beach.
This light filled home has one over-sized bedroom for 1-2 people which has an ensuite and two balconies with superb views of the Sierra Nevada. It backs on to the Vega which is a vegetable growing area where locals walk their dogs and enjoy the open green area. The large cool basement/garage has 2 bunk beds if the kids are happy to share as it as a den with its own patio.
Little Bird boasts solar panels which feed the sub-floor heating and cooling. Best of all is the inground pool for those hot summer months. 30-minute bus ride to the centre of Granada where you can visit the Alhambra and all the tourist sites. Supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, Burger King are a couple of minutes drive away.
Two bicycles, one is electric, are available for you to enjoy the local bike tracks.
