A villa on #5 fairway in the Kissimmee Bay Gated Golf Community
We live in a villa on #5 fairway in the gated golf community of Kissimmee Bay. Our villa has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining room and kitchen with full appliances. In our gated community we have an 18 hole golf course (and another golf course 1 mile away), a pool, tennis/pickleball courts, playground and a basketball court. We also have 2 golf carts, a bicycle, pickleball set and beach items including umbrellas, chair, towels, etc.
We are 10 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO); 15 miles from Disney World; 14 miles from Universal Studios; 44 miles from Cocoa Beach (Atlantic Ocean); 90 from Clearwater Beach (Gulf of America) and many more attractions in Central Florida

We live in a gated golf community of Kissimmee Bay Country Club. There are 200 homes and 66 villas in our community with the following amenities: Kissimmee Bay Country Club with an 18 hole golf course; a pool for villa residents and guests; tennis/pickleball courts; a playground and basketball courts. We have 2 golf carts and one bicycle that can be used on the roads around the community.
We are just 5 miles from historic downtown Kissimmee and downtown St. Cloud, Florida. We are also 15 miles from Disney World; 14 miles from Universal Studios; 5 miles from Gatorland and just a little over a hour from the Atlantic coast and the Gulf of America.

We are a retired couple who have experienced several home exchanges through Intervac over the past 20 years. We have enjoyed home exchanges in Iceland, Austria, France and Majorca, Spain.
Sue is a retired Superintendent of Schools and Mike is a retired Pharmacist. We have four children, six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. We love to travel the world and we both enjoy playing golf with friends. In 2023 we completed our quest to play golf in all 50 states in America.
