Nice flat in the center of Barcelona
Hey, welcome we are Maëlle, Sebastian & Esmée.
Our flat is located in the centre of Barcelona near Plaça España where you’ll be able to enjoy Montjuic’s park, delicious restaurants and more!
Our home consists of 2 bedrooms (1 is for our baby but we also have the possibility to give you a inflatable matress if needed), a small balcony where you can have your coffee. 3rd floor with lift, aircon (for the hot summers) in a quiet building.
We will be traveling with my parents who are the champions of Intervac (FR090066). We've already traveled a lot with them, and if they're not available we will travel just the 3 of us :)

About the neighborhood
The flat is located near Plaça España and Joan Miro’s park. You have all the direct transport to/from the airport and to the city centre (and also the beach). You can also walk to plaça Cataluña (25min walking). Lots of restaurants, bars and a shopping center near by. 10min walking from Montjuïc park which is great to have a view of the city, visit less-known museums (Joan Miro foundation, Montjuic castle and so on)

Family of 3 we enjoy great food, the outdoors & discovering new places
We're a Peruvian-French family of 3.
I'm a Pilates instructor and a fitness coach, working in various studios across the city. I love sports (football is my favorite!) going to museums and discovering new places.
Sebastian is a chef, originally from Peru, he's now working in a restaurant specialised in catalunian cuisine. He loves food and everything related to it & he's a fan of specialty coffee and music.
In April 2026 we welcomed our baby girl Esmée :)
It will be our first intervac exchange as a family of 3 after years of airbnb or travelling with my family (also thanks to intervac)
