 Dear friends,
We live in a little town where there is a countryside as well as a marina and all which you need as a supermarket, cinema and theater.
We are a family of five (3 sons) but Clément (30) who lives in Saint Malo and Quentin (28) who lives in Paris so there's just Léo-Paul (21) who's travel with us or not...
You can arrived by train (direct from Paris in 2:06) or by plane from Rennes (60km /50minutes) or Nantes (70 km/1 h).direct plane from Nantes to Porto , Munich, Vienna, London, Amsterdam....
If we have to take plane too, we can let a car (xsara Picasso) at the Airport.

For Spain, it's possible to take boat from Saint Nazaire (50 km) to Gijon
Our house is right south very well explained with a closed garden.  It's very quiet. We are situated in the intersection of three departments: l'Ille et Vilaine,  the Morbihan and the Loire-Atlantique what makes it a strategic place to visit the Brittany region and the countries of the Loire.
We have three bedrooms with kingsize bed one 160x200 and two 140x190. In the 2 offices we have a sofa where two persons can sleep (there's a very good matress 140x190) so we have 5 beds.
There is beautiful typical villages in the surroundings such as:
La Gacilly, Guérande, Rochefort en Terre and the famous beach of La Baule.
Vannes, Rennes, Nantes (60 km)
There's BROCELIANDE wood with Arthur's museum.
The moors of Cojoux and Tréal are now recognized as the second megalithic site of Brittany after Carnac (site mégalithique de Saint Just 15 km)
There's free wonderfull photo's exhibition to La Gacilly and museum of YVES ROCHER
The closest beaches are 35 km from our house
Mont-Saint-Michel is easy to visit from our house (150KM)
Near our house there's a bowling (3 min by foot) and a wonderfull swimmingpool (12 min by foot).
It's possible to swim (8km in Aumée's lake), sail too (there's a sailing school 8km) do canoeing and climbing near our house on a site called "L'ile aux pies" (6km)
For whose who wants to be quiet, you can walk from our house easily and join the river of Vilaine"s name, cycle on towpaths ( long cycle track), look at a movie (numerous records at arrangement for small and big), rest in our garden with a good book on a deckchair.
We are a family of five persons, but now we are  only three to travel with Léo-Paul (20 years old)

So we are open to different countries like Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Poland....
We prefer have a car when it s country side and the best is a swimming pool but not necessary
We made several exchanges of houses and we adore this way of travelling and of discovering various horizons.
We are very respectful places which are entrusted and we wait for the same thing from you
