Lovely house in the center of BORDEAUX, France

Our house is right in the center of Bordeaux. We have round 130 square meters and round 40 square meters terrace. It's an old classical style house, totally refurbished with all accommodations.
Full of light and very cosy, you will like staying here. The house is situated just by a tramway station.
By the tramway, you are 10 minutes from the center with all its shops.
Daily conveniences are in the surroundings (bakery, butcher, grocery....).
A small park is just back of the house, with games for children from 1 to 10.
The beach is about 40 km ...thousands kilometres of sand are just waiting for you.
