Looking for non-synchronized long weekend swaps all over Europe, preferably capitals or other large cities. I Prefer city center and very central location for urban/ countryside Good food, interesting cultural life and live football is a huge plus. Central London would have my big interest, as I go 3- 4 times a year for Spurs/ NFL games. Either an extra bedroom or a small apartment. I sometimes travel with others who prefer hotels. I would mostly prefer swapping houses, but have had a couple of experiences where I have hosted another person in the second bedroom, while I have been at home myself- it has worked really great and we have become friends as well. I much prefer to have the full place for myself on the exchange, as I mostly travel in the company of 1-3 others. Also open for longer exchanges outside Europe. I can do non-simultaneous exchanges as well and this works better at most times for me- as I cannot travel as much as I prefer and have to schedule around work.
|June 30, 2022 - July 22, 2022||14 days|
I have availability this summer and are looking for future return exchange(s) in: Boston, New York, Washington, Seattle, Vancouver, Sitka, San Fransisco, San Diego. Or Hawaii- any of the islands, with car included and 2 bedrooms/ room for 4, as I would like to invite good friends over from Kihei, Maui for 4-5 days to visit us. I am looking for 7-10-14 days return visit City central places and with elevator, balcony/ terrace/ garden would be preferred, as well as fast internet and some cable TV would also be of preferrence. I can offer either simultaneous exchange or non-simultaneous- I have quite some flexibility on my end and have lived in my apartment 30 years this summer. So perhaps you are away anyway- and want to come into Copenhagen a few weeks? in one visit or in several visits. I have a similar arrangement setup with an intervac friend in Rome. Many of the games I will attend are in Brentford, and several single games are in Milton Keynes, Brighton, Southampton, Sheffield. So london is preferred base. Would Loooove to catsit- I am an intervac catsitter with 2 different intervac hosts, now friends.
|July 06, 2022 - July 24, 2022||1 weeks|
Looking for London for 1 week during this period. Or several weeks if possible, I hope to be able to go to the Womens Euro’s and have bought tickets for games in London, Brentford, Milton Keyes, Brighton, Southampton and Sheffield. I hope to be able to have a London base in central london, brentford or other parts of London nicely connected with trains. I do need some good wifi to be able to work from home and would be extremely happy to take care of cats if needed. I can also do non-simultaneous exchanges- if you prefer to visit Copenhagen in spring or at a later time. I am rather flexible, as I will just stay with friends or family- or go travel when you visit. Covid travel restrictions permitting.
|December 12, 2022 - January 08, 2023||2 weeks|
I would consider an exchange for 1-2-3 weeks around christmas and new years 22/23 if the world continues to stay open. I would like to go somewhere warm- Hawaii, Mexico, Southern America, Asia or Australia. I have family in Sydney and Umina- as well as some wonderful friends in Hawaii/ Mauii. Nothing fixed planned at the moment- but want to see whats possible. Perhaps someone have relatives in Copenhagen that they want to visit?
|December 18, 2023 - February 22, 2024||10 days|
Looking for a 7-10 day exchange in Hawaii around Dec- March, 2023, 2024, 2025. Having visited Maui in Febr 2022 and some good friends who moved from San Diego for possible retirement in HI- we would love to come back and do a combination tour of Maui and one of the other HI islands during European winter and whaling season in HI. I am rather flexible on the return exchange, as I can stay with friends and family when needed. Perhaps you plan to visit Northern Europe soon or when the pandemic has passed?
