Appartment condominium in front of the ocean - beach São Martinho do Porto (1 hour from Lisbon). Near Golf Óbidos and Surf Nazaré. Also possible some nights in Lisbon.

Nice duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 WC, two living rooms and swimming pool in a condominium at São Martinho do Porto (1 hour from Lisbon by motorway). Capacity for 7 people sleeping. Magnificent view to the ocean.

En del av frågorna går egentligen inte att svara på ännu. Detta var ett ej samtidigt byte och vi har inte ännu varit i Teresas familjs lägenhet. Teresa var mycket lätt att ha att göra med och vi ser fram emot att komma till dem lite senare.

We are a couple willing to exchange home. It does not have to necessarily be a simultaneous exchange because our house in São Martinho is a second home and we are quite flexible concerning the period for travelling. We will mostly travel just the two of us although It is possible that ocasionally we will travel with some our three grown up children or some of them (35,32 and 29 years old) and their families (our 2 daughters in law and our grandson, 3 years olá). I am an economist (61 years old) and my husband Manuel is a civil engineer and he is retired.
