Gwen and Gionata were very prompt in replying to any messages we sent. We created a group to chat about specifics about the houses. Gwen sent instructional videos for equipment and appliances which were very helpful. The house was easily accessed via Lock Box and house alarm. We were also given the number of a neighbour in case of emergency. We returned to our home in the same condition as we left it. We were pleased with the care they gave to our home. We were happy to see that Ramona got some use of our trampoline and our daughter's bicycle while here. We would happily exchange again.
