Unsere Familie besteht aus zwei Eltern und zwei Kindern zwischen 13 und 15. Außerdem leben 2 Katzen bei uns.
Wir wohnen zu viert in einer 5 Zimmer Altbau Wohnung mitten im Prenzlauer Berg. Das Haus wurde um die Jahrhundertwende im Jugendstil erbaut. Wir haben die Wohnung selbst saniert und sie bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten einer Stadtwohnung. Mit Blick auf den Fernsehturm wohnen wir direkt bei einer Straßenbahn-Haltestelle mit Verbindung in alle Richtungen.
1 Wohnzimmer mit Erker und Kaminofen, 1 Arbeits- und Esszimmer mit großem Tisch, 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2x2 m Bett, 2 Kinderzimmer, eine offene Küche mit kleinem Tisch, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Gasherd. Ein Bad mit Badewanne und Toilette, 2 Kammern und ein großer Flur. Insgesamt 150 qm Wohnfläche.
Wichtig wäre die Versorgung der 2 Kater und eines Aquariums.
We are a family of 4. The parents between 40 and 54. The two children are 13 and 15. We live together with two cats and several fishes in a nice 5 room flat on 150 sqm in the heart of the former East-Berlin. The region is called “Prenzlauer Berg”. With a view to the tv-tower “Fernsehturm” we have two tram stations in front. You need only 8 minutes to the Alexanderplatz, where you find the city trains and the subway to the big rest of the town.
3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining and study room, an open kitchen and a bathroom will welcome you and your family. There are bikes available for little journeys. Because we use car sharing, we have no car here. But you won’t need it in Berlin.
The two cats and the fishes will stay at home, so you should feel able to feed them and to play with them…at least with the cats.
