Spacious 180 m² apartment in Pontevedra, near the historic centre and the sea
Our home is a spacious 180 m² apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a single bedroom with its own private bathroom, and a third bedroom with twin beds.
The spacious 48 m² living room has a piano, a large collection of books in Spanish and free Wi-Fi. It opens onto a large balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
A private parking space in the building is also available.
The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and particularly well insulated from outside noise.
We leave our home thoroughly clean and ready for our guests, with fresh bed linen and towels, and we kindly expect the same care in return.
Everything you need for everyday life is close by. On our street you will find supermarkets, a health centre, a public library and a bus stop, as well as a large public park with recreational areas and woodland walks. Pontevedra's beautiful historic centre is just a five-minute walk from our home.

About the neighborhood
Pontevedra has the relaxed atmosphere of a small city, with around 85,000 inhabitants, and is a wonderful base for discovering Galicia and the Rías Baixas.
It has one of the most beautiful and best-preserved historic centres in Galicia. The pedestrian old town is a charming network of narrow streets and lively squares, lined with traditional stone houses and historic civil and religious buildings. It is a wonderful place to stroll, stop at a terrace and enjoy Galician tapas. It is just a five-minute walk from our apartment.
Santiago de Compostela, with its famous historic centre and cathedral, is only 65 km away (around 40 minutes by car). It is also easily accessible by train and bus.
The nearest airport is Vigo. Santiago de Compostela Airport or Porto International Airport in Portugal are another convenient options.
In August, Pontevedra celebrates its main summer festivities, with concerts, street entertainment and a lively atmosphere throughout the city.

Heel mooi appartement nabij het centrum van Pontevedra.
C'était un très bel échange avec une famille très gentille et très accueillante. L'appartement est idéalement situé près de la vieille ville où il est très agréable de se promener avec ses nombreuses boutiques et ses restaurants. Nous avons été séduits par l'environnement de Pontevedra, les paysages sont très variés.
Casa molto grande e bella in ottima posizione. Siamo stati davvero bene, ospiti cordiali e gentilissimi.

A Couple Who Enjoy Travelling with Friends
We are a married couple with two grown-up daughters, who now have their own plans and do not usually travel with us. We often travel with a close couple of friends, so our group is normally made up of four adults, although occasionally another friend may join us.
We enjoy discovering new cities, learning about their history and culture, trying the local cuisine and exploring the surrounding area. We prefer comfortable, welcoming homes where we can relax and spend time together after a day of sightseeing. We are responsible and respectful guests, and we always take great care of the homes we stay in.
We have a little female dog (Mía) that stays with grandparents during interchanges. So, you don´t need to take care of her.
