The house is placed 10 minutes from Gaudi's Sagrada Família (it is literally in the same street), and approximately the same distance from Hospital de la Santa Creu and Sant Pau, that is a modernist building currently being used as both a monument and a hospital.

It is a three-level loft, recently reformed, and the outer door connects the house right with the street.
I in the lowest level there is an individual room .
In the intermediate floor there are:
. . The bathroom with shower, washing machine and a drying machine.
. . The second individual room.
. . The open kitchen that connects directly to the dining room and the living room, where they're is a chaiselongue couch that can turn into two individual beds, If needed.

In the highest level there is a double-bed room with a reading some (and armchair), and a little bathroom
Moreover, there is an exterior terrace, with big green plants surrounding the set of table and the chairs where enjoy some resting time.
Our house is very fresh and we even have AC :-) in all rooms.

There are two different underground entries from minutes walking from the house, and both can get you to downtown in 15 minutes.
There are several bus stations in the street below the house's one.

Nuestra planta baja, es un loft a 3 niveles, recientemente reformado.

• En el nivel más bajo se encuentra una habitación individual.
• En el nivel medio está:
  • el baño completo con ducha, y la lavadora y secadora
  • una segunda habitación individual
  • la cocina abierta
  • el comedor
  • la sala de estar. La chaiselongue del sofá se convierte en otra cama individual, si se precisa.
• En el nivel superior se encuentra la habitación doble con una zona de lectura, y un pequeño baño. Hay aire acondicionado (conducido) en todas las habitaciones.

Además en la zona exterior hay un patio soleado, ambientado con muchas plantas, y con mobiliario de exterior donde se pueden hacer todas las comidas o pasar un tiempo relajado.

Estamos a 10 minutos andando del templo de la Sagrada Família de Gaudí (está justo en nuestra misma calle), y a la misma distancia aproximada del Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau que es un conjunto modernista proyectado por el arquitecto Lluís Domènech i Montaner y Patrimonio de la Humanidad des del año 1997.

Hay 2 líneas de metro que estan a 5 minutos a pié, y ambas llegan al centro de Barcelona en menos de 15 minutos.
También hay diversas líneas de autobús justo en la calle inferior.
