La casa está situada en el barrio de Arabella en Bilbao. El vecindario es peatonal y muy tranquilo. Se puede ir al centro en bus, metro (1 parada) o andando (20 min). Desde casa se pueden hacer paseos por el bosque del monte Artxanda. La casa tiene una zona de porche, y un patio donde se puede comer en verano. Tiene 4 habitaciones, un baño grande y un aseo, cocina, un salón amplio y una zona en el sótano que hace de taller para los niños.
The house is situated in Arabella neighbourhood a quiet residential area located in the north east of Bilbao central area. The center can be reached by bus, metro and walking (20 min).
The house is constructed in ground and first floors, underground floor and underroof floor.
In the ground floor you can find: hall, ktchen, sitting & dinning room and bathroom.
First floor, four bedrooms and toilet room. Ground floor, working area, washing machine etc.
It has a little garden in the front fachade (south) and a terrace in the back fachade (west).
