New and spacious house with nice garden in Frankfurt
Our house with a big garden is located in the northernmost district of Frankfurt in a quiet area. The house is newly built and has plenty of space (220 sqm). There are six rooms on three floors available for guests. On the ground floor is the kitchen and living room, 1st floor 3 bedrooms and bathroom and on the 2nd floor two more sleeping rooms and a bathroom.
Mostly families are living in the neighborhood. Shopping facilities and everyday necessities are within walking distance.
They house is kids friendly and we have toys for boys and girls.
When the weather is good its very nice to sit outside on the outdoor sofa or beach chair. A barbecue is available.
With public transport you can easily go to the city center and you are there within about 20 min per car (40 min per bike).
Also there is a nice bycicle path along the river directly to the center.
The beautiful smaller cities Bad Vilbel and Bad Homburg are very close.
Frankfurt with its big airport is located quiet convenient in Germany but also in Europe. From here you can also easily travel to other places and that is why also many international people are living here.
Depending on your interest Frankfurt and the surroundings have a lot to offer.

- hiking in the Taunus with splendid views over the city
- cycling along the Main river or Nidda
- Culture: world-famous museums (Städel, Schirn to name a view), Goethe Haus, churches, theathers, opera
- historic old town
- visiting the airport with visitor center
- lakes to go swimming
- many public gardens: botanical, japanese, korean
- for kids: two zoos, Senckenbergmuseum, music theater, kids museums,
- many open air festivals in Summer

The house is in a quiet northern suburb of Frankfurt and within 5 minutes you are in the green with nice views to the city and the Taunus, a mountain area with hiking possibilities.
Here in the suburb there is a very well known apple wine inn serving delicous apple wine, which is Frankfurt famous for.
To the city you can take public transport, car or bikes and you will be there within 30 minutes.

We had a wonderful home exchange with Markus and his family in Frankfurt. Their spacious house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a large garden with a trampoline, which our kids loved. They even let us borrow their cargo bike, which made exploring the area easy and fun. The house was very clean and well maintained, and communication with Markus via WhatsApp was always friendly and quick. There is plenty to do nearby — we visited the Senckenberg Museum, Experiminta Science Center, enjoyed walks and bike rides in the Taunus hills, and went swimming in the local Freibäder. We truly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend a swap with Markus and his family.

The accommodation was of an excellent standard, truly clean, comfortable, modern and wholly suited to a relaxing family holiday. Markus was so welcoming and accommodating and the area too was fantastic. Eg we joined in a Parkrun, travelled easily by public transport which offered incredibly economical all day group tickets for 5 of us. the airport is also only 30 minutes away. Highly recommended.

We (Markus 44, Noah 8, Lea 5) are living in this beautiful house in the northern part of Frankfurt.
Sometimes my girlfrind with two kids (12, 9) will joyn us.
We are easygoing and and uncomplicated and hope you like to stay some days in our home and city. The house is in a quiet northern suburb of Frankfurt and within 5 minutes you are in the green with nice views to the city and the Taunus (mountain range with hiking possibilities).
To the city you can take public transport, car or bikes and you will be there within 30 minutes.
