Casa di campagna in oliveto tra Rigomagno e Farnetella

Localizzata fuori dal paese di Farnetella, vicino ad altre ville, alla sommità della collina con splendido panorama, abbiamo una casa di campagna di 100 m^2. La villetta ha una piccola cucina, un grande soggiorno con caminetto e stufa a legna, due bagni, una camera da letto matrimoniale, una grande camera da letto con due poltrone letto che fa anche da salotto, e una stanza di servizio con la lavatrice. La villetta è tutta al piano terreno. Le camere hanno l'aria condizionata. La casa è anche dotata di riscaldamento a gas con caldaia. Molto adatta per chi ama la natura, si raggiunge con una strada non asfaltata, pertanto è indispensabile la macchina. Perfetta per il relax, passeggiate nella natura ma anche per visitare luoghi turistici (vedi descrizione della casa IT135 , da cui questa è distate 2 km di strada). A distanza di pochi chilometri si trovano supermercati, ristoranti e altri servizi (Sinalunga - Rigomagno - Lucignano).

Farnetella è un piccolo paese nelle colline della Toscana senese, a pochi km il capoluogo, Sinalunga, fornito di negozi, locali, supermercati, piscina, tennis, paddock , e stazione ferroviaria.
Molto bello da visitare in primavera estate e autunno, perché 8n inverno fa un po freddo.
La nostra casa storica, risale 1l 1600, è perfetta per visitare i dintorni non solo della Toscana ma anche della bella Umbria

Situated in the small village of Farnetella (right next to Sinalunga) our house has a beautiful panoramic view of the castle, of the woods and of the valley. 15 km from the famous San Giovanni SPA of Rapolano Terme.

From Farnetella you'll quickly get to the cities of Arezzo (45 mins.), Siena (40 mins.), Perugia (60 mins.) and also to wonderful Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino. Bagno Vignoni's world famous SPA in UNESCO Human Heritage Val d'Orcia is also 30 minutes away by car. The Palio in Siena is held twice a year, on July 2nd and August 16th.
You can get to Rome in 1h 30 from Chiusi railway station, and to Florence in a little over 1 hour.
