Flat in Vienna, Austria
We are looking for an exchange during spring (Easter holidyay, up to 2 weeks) and during summer holidays 2023. We have alread arranged for an exchange during 24 July and 9 August, but we are still open for a further exchange in the beginning of July or end of August (around 2 weeks). The apartment has a size of about 55m2 + 15m2 terrace.
The suburban train and the tram are within a 5min walk, the subway U6 within 10 min. The tram and the regional train go directly to the first district (city centre) within 15min. The apartment is situated in a quiet road, and has an enclosed childrens playground in the courtyard. I check my private emails every second day or so; hence it might take sometimes one or two days until I can answer!
